1. Is it something you need to action now, or can it wait? Such as “I need to buy a cot or pram” if it needs to be done now put it on a list. If it can wait, put it in your diary.
2. Is it a fear? If so look at it, can you do something to change it? So if it’s “I don’t know how I’m going to cope postpartum” you can maybe put a support plan in place. If it’s “what if I tear?” Then you can look into ways of reducing the risk then accept that the rest you can’t change.
3. Is it a fear from others? When you imagine it are you the third party? If so let go of that shit it’s not yours ❤
